Documentation of a workshop conducted to explore how the whimsical nature of folk costume and music could be implemented as a methodology for creating site specific design for a place or community. Extracting that locations folklore. Exploring how song, music and design can be used to archive a spaces transient oral tales and stories. Participants created instruments from found materials in the location and a collective song was written from a series of prompts.
