Jakub Vronsky is a multidisciplinary, research-led graphic designer with a focus on typography, editorial, book design, environmental and exhibition design. Primarily producing work for the cultural sector, regularly collaborating with artists, designers, writers, researchers, photographers and filmmakers.

Employing a considered strategy and executional detail, he produces purposeful design which is responsive to it’s content. Beginning every project with conversations and in-depth research to discover important themes and messages, which become woven into the visual elements – from typographic choices through to the materials and techniques used in production. By focusing on narrative, he creates bespoke, memorable and enduring outcomes that move beyond current visual trends.

His personal practice includes self-publishing, printmaking and experimental short films, exploring the themes of oral history and representations of place. Taking the form of stories, memories, atmosphere, sounds and traces that are an intrinsic part of a place but not always visible.
